The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for delegating and checking Nuclear Safety Related and ASME III quotation requests. This role involves direct reporting responsibilities for the Nuclear Contracts team. The position will also participate in the development of internal systems and procedures, promote customer awareness, evaluate competition, analyze product problems, act as a liaison between sales and other departments, train new Sales Engineers and Sales Associates, and provide business inputs to sales management. Key performance indicators will be identified and monitored. The role requires interaction with various functional areas within the nuclear team, other North America departments, and Test & Evaluation to ensure alignment of schedules and key initiatives. Responsibilities include managing on-time-to-schedule metrics, providing monthly status reports, and assisting with SOP and capacity reporting.
