About The Position

Home Genius Exteriors is seeking a driven Inside Sales Manager to lead and develop a high-performing sales organization in Ohio. This is a newly created opportunity for an experienced sales supervisor ready to take the next step into management. You'll lead through people, metrics, accountability, and results while helping scale a rapidly growing organization. We're looking for a doer — someone who doesn't simply clock in and out, takes ownership, and does what it takes to get the job done.

• Proven sales and leadership experience.
• Experience leading in a high-volume, performance-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of sales metrics and team performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Inside Sales Supervisors and Agents.
• Manage performance through sales metrics and KPIs.
• Build a culture of accountability, motivation, and continuous improvement.
• Coach leaders and ensure no agent is left behind.
• Have difficult conversations and work toward solutions and common ground.
• Partner with leadership and confidently bring ideas and solutions.
• Use AI and technology to improve team performance and efficiency.
• Help build scalable processes as the company continues to grow.
