Requirements

  • HS Diploma
  • Proven experience in inside sales with at least 1 years in inbound/outbound calls.
  • Strong knowledge of sales principles and practices.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
  • Passion for sales and commitment to achieving results.

Responsibilities

  • Call new leads within 5 minutes of submission (speed wins)
  • Answer inbound calls within 3 rings using our proven script
  • Set high-quality appointments for Roofing Advisors
  • Confirm ALL decision-makers are present at appointments
  • Lock in a 60–90 minute time commitment from homeowners
  • Conduct exit polls after inspections
  • Keep clean, accurate CRM records
  • Run financing pre-approvals when needed
  • Convert 10+ leads per day into confirmed appointments
