About The Position

As a full-time Inside Sales Manager at SIXT, you’ll lead the USA Inside Sales function, rebuilding the team into a more efficient, process-driven, and commercially focused support unit for Corporate Sales. You’ll manage daily execution, create structure, and ensure strong partnership with KAM and Corporate Sales, leveraging your expertise in internal systems and workflows. Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in inside sales, sales support, sales operations, account management, customer success, or a related commercial support function
  • Prior team lead or people management experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of SIXT systems, processes, and workflows
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Comfortable with Cobra, Salesforce, Highway, DocuSign, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, and reporting tools
  • Demonstrate strong leadership, ownership mindset, organization, process orientation, and clear professional communication
  • Proactive, accountable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities and cross-functional tasks
  • Commercially minded, sales-oriented, and strong at problem solving in fast-paced environments

Nice To Haves

  • Power BI experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Support the Inside Sales team by leading, coaching, and managing workload distribution and performance
  • Manage and improve processes for account setup, customer onboarding, billing coordination, documentation, reporting, and sales support
  • Liaise as a systems expert, ensuring accuracy and consistency across Cobra, Salesforce, Highway, DocuSign, and other platforms
  • Maintain strong Salesforce and system discipline, keeping account data, activities, billing status, and customer records accurate and up to date
  • Receive and resolve client and account-related requests efficiently by partnering with internal teams including Pricing, Credit, Receivables, Legal, Implementation, Operations, and Sales
  • Assist with leadership visibility around open requests, team workload, turnaround times, reporting needs, process gaps, and key support priorities
