About The Position

TricorBraun is a global packaging leader seeking an Inside Sales Manager to lead and develop a high-performing inside sales team. The manager will mentor the team, which is passionate about growing revenue, retaining customers, and expanding business profitably. TricorBraun is North America’s largest distributor of primary packaging, helping recognizable brands bring products to life through innovative packaging solutions. As a Manager of Inside Sales, you will oversee a group of inside sales professionals tasked with developing customer relationships, increasing sales performance, and ensuring outstanding service. You’ll translate strategy into action by coaching team members, monitoring performance metrics, and creating a culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys developing talent, and knows how to turn data, process, and motivation into measurable results.

Requirements

  • Experience leading or mentoring sales teams in a fast-paced business environment.

Responsibilities

  • Leading, coaching, and developing inside sales team members to achieve revenue, margin, and activity goals.
  • Establishing clear performance expectations and holding the team accountable through regular coaching and feedback.
  • Monitoring sales pipelines, customer activity, and team performance metrics to get results.
  • Partnering cross-functionally with operations, procurement, and external sales teams to support customer success.
  • Supporting the execution of sales strategies, initiatives, and process improvements.
  • Assisting with recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members.
  • Finding opportunities to improve customer retention, account growth, and overall sales effectiveness.
  • Creating a positive, team-oriented culture focused on collaboration and continuous improvement.
