About The Position

We’re looking for a driven Inside Sales Manager who brings strong new-business sales expertise along with the ability to coach and develop a high-performing inside sales team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in driving revenue growth by leading daily sales activity, developing and executing strategies to exceed new business targets, and ensuring a strong prospect experience from first contact through close. Townsquare Interactive is on a mission to help small and medium-sized businesses grow and succeed. Our all-in-one business management platform enhances customer flow, while our digital marketing services drive more customers to them—like website design, SEO, social media, and reputation management. We take the stress out of promoting their business so they can focus on what they do best.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven success in inside sales, with experience leading and/or managing a team
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets (transactional sales experience preferred)
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies, CRM systems, and KPI management
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
  • Applicants must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing inside sales team through ongoing training, call coaching, and performance management
  • Drive daily sales activity and accountability to consistently meet and exceed monthly revenue goals
  • Provide strong, motivating leadership that helps reps maximize every conversation and improve conversion rates
  • Conduct regular one-on-ones, team meetings, and call reviews to support individual development plans
  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Track, analyze, and report on team performance and KPIs to senior leadership
  • Leverage CRM and sales tools, including Salesforce, to manage pipeline and performance
