Responsibilities

• Defines and agrees clear team goals (derived from the goals of the business process) and consistently pursues/supports their achievement
• Responsibly plans resources to guarantee cost-effectiveness
• Coordinates the team both internally as well as in respect of the interfaces to other processes/departments in order to optimize business processes
• Actively promotes and supports employees in the team in their personal and professional development to optimize performance and assure it for the future
• Initiates, plans, manages and supports change processes in his area of responsibility to optimize performance and assure it for the future
• Actively strives to resolve conflict in a goal-oriented fashion to reduce disruption to working processes
