The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for leading, coaching, and developing the Inside Sales Representative team to achieve sales growth, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence for the Elevator & Escalator Business Unit. This role ensures the team delivers a superior customer experience, manages the quote-to-order process efficiently, and supports the business’s profitability and strategic goals. The Inside Sales Manager collaborates closely with Sales, Operations, Credit, and other cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and best practices.
