Requirements

  • Must have a minimum of 1-2 years successful experience in business development/sales/sales support or product management preferably in the functional ingredients space
  • Previous experience related to Biotics valuable
  • CRM & Salesforce friendly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across matrix organization and team player

Nice To Haves

  • BS in biochemistry/microbiology//food science or similar degree in human life sciences.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of H&W accounts across North America, ensuring retention, satisfaction, and long-term partnership development.
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities that align with the H&W strategic growth plan.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, CD&D, Platform, and Customer Service teams to deliver seamless customer experiences and coordinated go-to-market execution.
  • Monitor account performance, sales metrics, and pipeline progress to ensure achievement of revenue and business goals.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer within the organization, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance value and strengthen relationships.
