Requirements

  • Demonstrated leadership, motivational, coaching, and influencing skills
  • Proven experience developing & implementing strategic and tactical plans while delivering positive results
  • Highly developed operational and process skills
  • Knowledge of MicroSoft Office & internet applications
  • Excellent written, oral and presentation skills
  • Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
  • Proven ability to analyze and improve work processes for efficiency
  • Bachelor's degree or min. two years applicable work experience preferred
  • 2+ years’ experience managing a sales team within a fast-paced sales environment

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales plans for assigned territories and programs
  • Monitor, manage, coach, and support employees in an inside sales environment
  • Ensure client service levels are met on a consistent basis
  • Report daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly on sales and operations metrics
  • Motivate the team to meet and exceed program metrics, goals, objectives, and sales commitments
  • Develop and implement required processes to drive performance
  • Coach and develop employees formally and informally to deliver highest level of performance
  • Evaluate and make decisions about employee performance and provide timely, appropriate feedback utilizing progressive discipline process as needed
  • Address and rectify employee related problems/needs in support of program initiatives
  • Leverage all available process and technology to enhance productivity and results
  • Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and other Sales Enablement technologies to manage and report on team performance, sales funnel, and forecasting
