About The Position
Launch Your Insurance Career with AAA Northeast – Paid Training, Licensing, and Unlimited Growth! This position is eligible for a $1500 sign on bonus. We’re looking for motivated sales professionals, who live in RI, to join our team as Inside Sales Insurance Agents. This is a fully remote position, offering paid training and covering all costs for your Personal Lines Insurance License. Requirements
- Must have a quiet, dedicated home office space
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Qualified candidates must live in Rhode Island
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 2+ years sales or customer service experience required
- Must obtain Personal Lines Insurance License within first 30 days (training and exam fees covered by AAA Northeast)
Nice To Haves
- Associate's Degree preferred
- Insurance sales experience preferred
- Outbound or cold-calling experience strongly preferred
- Life License within 1 Year preferred
Responsibilities
- Sell auto insurance, homeowners insurance, and other personal lines products to AAA members via phone and online
- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective and existing members to promote insurance products
- Provide personalized coverage options and premium quotes
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system
- Participate in sales programs and respond promptly to referrals
- Learn and follow carrier-specific underwriting and quoting procedures
- Ensure compliance with agency policies for quoting, binding coverage, and handling payments
- Collaborate with Underwriting and Quality Assurance to reduce risks and ensure accuracy
- Stay current on insurance regulations and best practices
- Build strong relationships with clients and industry partners
- Occasionally travel for training (approx. 5%)
- Deliver AAA Five Diamond Service in every interaction
- Cross-sell AAA memberships and other relevant services
