About The Position

We are seeking a hard-working, innovative, detail-oriented and creative team player to join our Aptive team! This is a full-time Inside Sales Hypercare Representative position located in Provo, Utah. The individual we are looking for is someone who enjoys working in a team environment and excels working at an individual level.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales, customer retention, customer service, or a related customer-facing role
  • Experience handling inbound and outbound customer interactions preferred
  • Knowledge of sales, customer retention, and service operations
  • Strong objection-handling, negotiation, and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask across systems while maintaining accurate documentation
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions within established guidelines
  • Ability to identify customer concerns and develop effective solutions
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Ability to build rapport and influence customer decisions
  • Ability to professionally resolve conflicts and de-escalate challenging situations

Responsibilities

  • Provide real-time phone support to Service Professionals during initial service appointments to resolve customer concerns and retain customers
  • Adjust agreements when appropriate within established guidelines to support service completion
  • Maximize service completion rates through customer support and issue resolution
  • Conduct outbound calls to customers with upcoming service appointments to confirm appointment details
  • Reinforce agreement terms and answer customer questions to improve service readiness
  • Improve service completion rates through proactive customer outreach
  • Contact customers whose service appointments were not completed to reschedule services
  • Overcome objections and present retention offers to recover subscription revenue
  • Recover revenue that would otherwise be lost through rescheduling and retention efforts
  • Accurately document customer interactions and update account records within company systems
  • Communicate service-related issues and coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Support teams
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
