Reporting to the Senior Manager, Inside Sales, Group Tours, the position is responsible for qualifying, generating and closing group tour revenue at Allegiant Stadium through inbound and outbound sales efforts. The role will focus on prospecting all industries including travel, casino/hotel, corporate, schools, business associations, all while upselling and closing inbound activity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or pursuing a degree is required
  • Strong phone presence and professional written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to close sales and manage multiple leads simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Highly motivated self-starter, entrepreneurial spirit and personal leadership skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team selling environment and collaborate with others when necessary.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and ability to communicate effectively with prospects, customers, and internal team
  • Candidate should be comfortable working autonomously, independently, and should be a self-starter.
  • Candidate should possess an optimistic, organization-first attitude, as well as the competitive desire to be the best.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

Nice To Haves

  • 1–3 years of inside sales in the sports, tourism, hospitality, events and entertainment industry is preferred.
  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, and Access), CRM, ZoomInfo, Arctics, Ticketmaster and Tableau are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for generating new revenue by proactively selling group tours and experiences via phone, email, and digital channels.
  • Handle inbound group inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting to casino/hotel concierge, travel agencies, corporate planners, schools, churches and community organizations.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales goals, revenue targets, and activity metrics.
  • Maintain 80+ daily outbound calls ensure KPI goals are consistently met.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing group clients and repeat buyers.
  • Upsell and cross-sell add-ons such as upgrades, food & beverage, private tours, or special experiences.
  • Manage personal accounts, pipelines, sales process, and activity utilizing company CRM system.
  • Attend networking events, conventions, and manage Tour Sales booth at events as needed.
  • All other duties as assigned.
