The Inside Sales Representative – Account Management supports one-time Shred-it (information destruction) sales related activity for High revenue generating accounts. This includes corporate Account Manager Book of Business Accounts both commercial and healthcare in nature. The ISR-AM will be managing sales activity up to and including but not limited to one time information destruction of paper, uniforms, hard drives, x-rays, and various other materials of a confidential nature. Inside Sales Representative – Account Management will sell one time information destruction services to existing customers, new customers, add additional sites and services to existing customer. Accounts and leads are assigned by the partnered Account Managers books of business. Appointments are self-generated though lead generation activities within each AM's books of business (Outbound dials, inbound dials, email request, referrals, and customer experience cases). Leads can also come from marketing campaigns and virtual prospecting via video conferencing.
