Requirements

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical / industrial engineering, Physics or Math is preferred.
  • Associate’s degree in Pre-Engineering or HVAC or equivalent HVAC experience will also be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Generate comprehensive customer quotes for multiple products.
  • Prepare detailed submittals per company standard guidelines.
  • Download and print plot drawings, specifications, schedules, and details related to project quotations.
  • Process stock and factory orders for customers and/or Outside Sales Representatives.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email regarding quotes, order processing and tracking, freight claims, product availability, and field service or warranty issues.
  • Manage and coordinate projects using the project management system.
  • Ensure desired profitability by following pricing structure and established sales processes.
  • Maintain knowledge of HVAC fundamentals and product lines, stay informed of new products, and educate self, co-workers, and customers.
  • Fulfill customer product and service needs by utilizing product knowledge and collaborating with team members and internal resources.
