The results driven Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative serves as an essential team player and delivers exceptional customer support.   • Equivalent work experience in customer service, inside sales, manufacturing, or order management.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes such as CNC, Swiss Machining, EDM, or Metal Stamping.
  • Proficiency in reading Technical Drawings & Specifications.
  • Experience in Aerospace, Defense, and Medical Industries.
  • Excellent computer skills including proficiency in CRM, ERP/operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and general data entry accuracy.
  • Proficiency in using large language models to solve problems.
  • Excellent communication, organization, negotiation, problem-solving, and judgment, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Create quotes, process orders, and ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Engage with customers daily to provide support and build strong relationships.
  • Communicate delays with customers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns with speed and professionalism.
  • Manage customer portals and maintain accurate customer information.
  • Work directly with production teams to ensure customer requirements are met accurately and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with purchasing, shipping, and production departments to support on-time delivery.
  • Review customer orders for accuracy, pricing, lead times, and specifications.
  • Monitor open orders and proactively follow up on pending issues or delivery risks.
  • Maintain organized records of quotes, orders, customer communications, and related documentation.
  • Performs other duties as directed.
