Knowledge of Plumbing, Heating & HVAC products
Prior Sales Experience
Excellent Customer Service & Communication Skills
Be proficient in basic computer and email skills
Attention to Detail

Sitting and standing for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

Assist Outside Sales team write up customer quotes and orders.
Work with the sales team to gather information, appropriate sales resources, and provide job quote bids.
Provide Spec sheets and technical information to customers as required.
Generate new and repeat sales through leads provided via email and phone.
Become educated on the Plumbing, Heating & HVAC products the company sells.
Determine customer requirements for a job and provide recommendations, product availability, pricing, and quotes to the customers.
Assist customers at the Counter by writing up and shipping/scheduling orders.
Support the Counter team as an integral part of the team on a part time basis.
Writing up and completing walk in orders.
Taking customers orders over the phone.
Shipping orders that are being picked up.
Handling payment as required for orders.
Be a part of the rotating Saturday schedule.
