About The Position

This position is responsible for representing the company in developing excellent customer relationships with all existing and potential customers through informative, efficient, and friendly service. The role involves managing customer accounts, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Ability to read, write, and speak in English.
Able to complete basic math and measurement skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
Detail oriented.
To be self-motivated and have a strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and within a team setting.

Responsibilities

Follow up on quotes and outstanding orders.
Develop, lead, and expand existing accounts.
Provide a high level of customer service to ensure client complete satisfaction.
Develop relationships with customers by responding to their questions efficiently and courteously.
Process orders in person or on the phone.
Communicate efficiently with the dispatcher to coordinate delivery requests, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Discuss features and benefits of products and services.
Determine customers’ needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions, up-selling additional products and supplies for each job.
Answer incoming phone calls and emails to assist customers in a timely manner.
Accept payment and apply it to the appropriate customer account.
Reorder products to keep store and warehouse shelves well stocked.
