Requirements

• the ability to provide assistance to walk-in and telephone customers with sales and product questions
• one to three (1-3) years of customer service or inside sales experience
• basic computer/order entry skills
• ability to maintain a clean and organized environment
• ability to lift up to 80 lbs. on a regular basis

Nice To Haves

• experience in the flooring industry is a plus

Responsibilities

• Receive and enter orders, resolve challenges, track orders and shipments, process returns
• Provide assistance to walk-in and telephone customers with sales and product questions
• Basic cash handling
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of showroom areas
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle audits
• Follow safety procedures and report any hazards or incidents
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
