As an Inside Sales Coordinator, you are the central hub between our state-of-the-art technical solutions and customer satisfaction. You are the conductor who ensures that every project moves from vision to reality.

Requirements

  • College degree in administration, logistics or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3 to 5 years of solid experience in customer service (industrial environment, a major asset).
  • Master of the Google suite and ideally experience with SAP.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities, attention to detail and team spirit.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of mechanics or power transmission will be considered an important asset.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately create, review and finalize quotes and orders in SAP.
  • Manage and propel sales opportunities through our C4C system.
  • Provide key information on pricing, lead times and provide basic technical support on our product range.
  • Validate purchase orders, manage customer account opening and ensure compliance with guidelines.
  • Proactively follow-up with customers and support our field representatives to close sales.
  • Ensure impeccable classification of documentation for perfect traceability.
