Koroseal is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Inside Sales Consultant to support and grow various regions. This role is responsible for building strong customer relationships, generating and qualifying opportunities, and driving revenue through both direct sales and strategic collaboration with our Field Sales Team. This position blends proactive inside sales activity with select in-person market visits. The Inside Sales Consultant plays a key role in appointment setting, customer follow ups, pipeline development, and supporting project execution from initial outreach through close. This role reports to the Regional Sales Manager and is based in-person from our Medina Corporate office. Travel is estimated at 5–10 percent annually for market visits and key customer meetings.
