About The Position

As an Inside Sales Associate, you’ll be responsible for handling quotes, submittals, orders for customers, order tracking, and account setup. You’ll be a liaison between manufacturers, customers and our Sales team. Requirements

  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Comfortable working at a computer for extended periods managing quotes, documentation, and project data
  • Ability to quickly learn, understand, and effectively apply technical product knowledge across all aspects of the role.
  • Strong customer service mindset with the ability to support internal and external partners
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn manufacturer selection software and internal systems
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented and collaborative mindset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Etc.)

Nice To Haves

  • CRM and/or Business Central experience is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

  • Support with quoting, order entry, and project coordination
  • Prepare equipment quotes based on project specifications and customer input
  • Enter and manage orders for equipment sold
  • Track project status and maintain detailed records throughout the order process
  • Prepare equipment submittments and project documentation
  • Provide technical product support and respond to internal and customer inquiries
  • Maintain strong communication with internal teams to ensure projects move forward accurately and on time
  • Provide backup support to other Inside Sales Engineers when needed
