Requirements

  • Positive, can-do attitude with the ability to work in a team environment.
  • Experience connecting with customers in retail, hospitality, or any fast-paced, customer-facing role.
  • Willingness to work non-traditional business hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (retail hours).
  • Motivation to crush goals & celebrate all wins.
  • Strong communication & active listening skills.

Responsibilities

  • Embrace the world-class selling program with a goal to close sales and earn enthusiastic customer referrals.
  • Welcome every customer with a smile and guide them to a purchase based on their unique needs.
  • Stay on top of current promotions, product offerings, and what's in stock.
  • Keep up with the latest styles and trends.
  • Maintain a welcoming showroom, ensuring a clean, inviting, and free of anything that doesn't meet our world-class standards.
  • Contribute to a positive, team-centered environment where everyone feels motivated and supported.
