Requirements

College degree in Business Management/Marketing preferred.
Minimum of one year of sales experience, call center sales highly desirable.
Computer skills with proficiency in MS Office.
Excellent English communication skills.
Effective problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Manage sales processes to maximize results.
Perform administrative order processing.
Coordinate deliveries and logistics.
Maintain customer contact and solve issues.
Share sales materials and follow best practices.
Evaluate competition and pursue cross-sell/up-sell opportunities.
Build account plans and qualify sales potential.
Spend a significant percentage of time in discussion with customers/prospects via phone.
Expand and create relationships with current and potential clients.
