About The Position

Jerry.ai is building the first app to help people manage their car and home assets, including insurance, repairs, financing, and maintenance. This role is part of the Customer Operations team and operates in a fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented, and fully remote environment. The role runs on two paths: sales and service, and the specific path will be determined during the interview process. Team members have opportunities to shape the customer experience as the product evolves, and the company offers a career path in the insurance industry. Jerry.ai provides work equipment and covers the P&C insurance license if needed.

Requirements

Prior work experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus, but not required.
Genuinely friendly and positive attitude and willingness to work as a team.

Responsibilities

Taking great care of customers by anticipating their needs, such as identifying coverage gaps, potential discounts, or upcoming renewal changes.
Answering inbound calls from customers shopping for auto, home, motorcycle, and other policies, as well as from policyholders needing to make changes.
Developing deep product knowledge across a large panel of insurance companies and the company's evolving app to effectively match customers with the right coverage.
Problem-solving to remove barriers between customers and the right insurance coverage.
Processing service requests, including changes to vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents.
Providing feedback to improve the product based on customer interactions and insights.
