About The Position

The Inside Sales Associate is responsible for generating new business leads, reengaging inactive accounts, and supporting the Medical Sales team through targeted outreach. This position also delivers ongoing account coverage, executes strategic campaigns, and participates in training and team initiatives to promote sustained growth and success.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or a similar customer-facing role, preferably within a B2B environment.
  • Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently and collaboratively.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience or knowledge in [relevant industries, e.g., pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, laboratory sciences, medical devices] is a significant plus.

Responsibilities

  • Participates in and executes various PCM (Partner/Customer Management) campaigns to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Focuses on identifying and re-engaging inactive and zero-dollar accounts, specifically those with no sales activity for 18 months or more. This includes uncovering potential opportunities and generating qualified leads to support the sales team in driving new business growth.
  • Provides coverage and support for open territories, including those impacted by leaves, FSC resignations, and TeleDirect accounts. This includes ensuring consistent engagement and service for both new and existing clients, managing inactive account requests, maintaining account continuity, and ensuring all customer needs are addressed promptly and effectively.
  • Participates in GEMS Blitzes, training sessions, and call center days to strengthen your skills and support team-wide initiatives.
