Requirements
- Confident and professional on the phone
- Friendly, upbeat, and great with people
- Organized, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using a computer and learning new systems
- Able to adapt your communication style to different personalities
- Experienced in customer service

- Sales experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Call and text homeowners who have already expressed interest
- Answer questions and build excitement about their bathroom project
- Schedule in-home appointments for our Design Consultants
- Enter accurate notes and customer details into our CRM
- Send confirmation texts and emails to secure appointments
