About The Position

This role involves providing technical product selection and documentation based on customer processing conditions. The engineer will use provided software for sizing and selecting products based on published flow curves (Cv), torques, processing conditions, IEC valve equations, and bulletins. The position challenges the individual daily to expand their technical knowledge and requires the ability to troubleshoot customer applications and products. The engineer will be responsible for quoting customers in a timely manner, which includes product selection, lead-time, and pricing. A key aspect of the role is to understand and ensure that JHC TCC (Total Customer Commitment) standards are upheld at all times. The position also requires working closely with and supporting JHC product manufacturers, attending and participating in required trainings, and participating in the after-hours and weekend ‘On-Call’ rotation. The job demands strong teamwork, relationship building, and the ability to handle pressure and interruptions. Regular and predictable attendance is essential.
