About The Position

This role involves providing technical product selection and documentation based on customer processing conditions. The engineer will utilize provided software for sizing and selecting products using flow curves (Cv), torques, processing conditions, IEC valve equations, and bulletins. The position challenges the individual daily to expand their technical knowledge and requires the ability to troubleshoot customer applications and products. Responsibilities include quoting customers promptly, which involves product selection, lead-time, and pricing. The engineer must understand and uphold JHC TCC (Total Customer Commitment) standards, work closely with and support JHC product manufacturers, and attend required trainings. Participation in an after-hours and weekend 'On-Call' rotation is also expected. The job demands strong knowledge, skills, commitment, and other job-related qualifications. Urgency and pressure for prompt, accurate results are routine. Multi-tasking and the ability to handle interruptions are expected. Regular and predictable attendance is essential.
