Requirements

Proven inside sales and customer service experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong listening skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
Ability to make independent decisions.
Must be a self-starter.

Nice To Haves

Mechanical aptitude
Call center experience
An associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field
Some travel may be required

Responsibilities

Provide top-notch customer service to all incoming calls from customers and dealerships.
Consult with customers and dealerships to sell products that meet their riding needs through inbound calls, outbound calls, live chat, and email.
Achieve revenue growth objectives by selling the SuperATV product line and supporting customers with their purchases.
Offer technical support by researching, troubleshooting, and solving customer issues and/or assisting with installation questions.
Follow up with customers on issues through both phone conversations and emails.
