About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized E-commerce and Dealer Portal Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will play a vital part in overseeing and optimizing sales through e-commerce websites and dealer portals. As an E-commerce and Dealer Portal Sales Manager, you will be the backbone of our online sales operations, ensuring excellent customer experience for both direct consumers and dealers.

Requirements

Associate Degree
3+ years of experience
Detail oriented.
Ability to work independently and with a team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Minimal travel – Small number of dealer shows/industry events per year
Computer Work, walking, sitting, standing
Lifting up to 50 lbs. (Occasionally)

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce or related field

Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies for the e-commerce website and dealer portal.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date product information, inventory levels, and pricing.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and dealers.
Create discounts and special offers to drive traffic and sales.
Create reports on sales performance, customer insights, and market trends.
Provide support and guidance to team and leadership.
Perform duties within scope of general company policies, procedures, and objectives.
Analyze problems and perform needs assessments.
Use judgment in adapting broad guidelines to achieve desired result.
Make recommendations that affect policies, procedures, and practices.
