About The Position

Mad City Windows & Baths, part of the Renuity family, is expanding its Call Center Inside Sales team. They are looking for motivated, outgoing individuals ready to learn, grow, and win. Mad City is a trusted home remodeling brand in the Midwest, and Renuity is a nationwide network of renovation companies. Together, they aim to transform the home improvement industry by providing faster, easier, and stress-free experiences for homeowners. The company is growing across 36 states. As a Call Center Inside Sales Agent, you will support homeowners exploring remodeling projects by qualifying interest, setting appointments, and providing an exceptional first impression. You will work with customers across all Mad City markets and guide them toward solutions they love. This role involves managing inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced call center environment, partnering with scheduling teams to verify appointments, and using pre-built scripts to engage customers and find solutions for their home project needs. You will also participate in regular department contests and work towards achieving personal and team goals.
