Requirements

Experience in a sales or customer service role, commonly called rehash.
Proficiency with phone and email communication.
Drive to succeed and ability to take initiative with customers.

Nice To Haves

Experience working in a call center.
Performing phone sales.
Previous in-home sales experience.

Responsibilities

Respond to inbound calls and make outbound calls.
Follow up with customers where work was quoted but not sold, to help them move forward and ensure 100% satisfaction.
Explain the value provided by the company that other companies don't.
Answer inbound calls for new and existing customers.
Schedule appointments.
Communicate with technicians when necessary.
Build rapport with clients while maintaining a sense of urgency to solidify the close.
Promote HVAC/Plumbing/Electrical services.
Resolve objections to set firm appointments.
Use customer follow-up and lead management skills to increase sales and company profits.
