We are seeking an energetic, professional, and goal-oriented individual to join our team. This position combines inside sales with administrative responsibilities and is ideal for someone who enjoys building customer relationships, following up on opportunities, and helping close business while working in a professional office environment. This role focuses on developing and maintaining customer relationships while supporting the daily operations of the office.

Requirements

  • Eligible to work in USA
  • Minimum two years of administrative, customer service, or sales experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional phone etiquette.
  • Organized, dependable, and self-motivated.
  • Comfortable working towards weekly and monthly sales objectives.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other common office software.
  • Reliable transportation required.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree in Business or related field preferred.
  • QuickBooks experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and send professional proposals and estimates.
  • Follow up with clients on proposals and maintenance contracts.
  • Build relationships with existing customers and prospective clients through phone and email communication.
  • Conduct inbound and outbound calls.
  • Help develop new business opportunities and maintain existing accounts.
  • Work toward weekly and monthly sales goals.
  • Coordinate with field managers, who conduct on-site client meetings.
  • Help move projects from proposal to completed sale.
  • Prepare job orders and related documentation.
  • Plan and organize weekly work schedules.
  • Coordinate communication between clients and management.
  • Data entry, filing, scanning, copying, and email correspondence.
  • Prepare reports for management.
  • Assist with various office projects and support the team as needed.
