About The Position

Cambridge Innovation Institute is seeking a highly motivated Delegate Sales Representative (Account Manager) with at least 4 years of inside sales experience to join our energetic and fun team! Our Account Managers call leads and prospects to sell attendee registrations to our conferences. In this role, you will drive attendee acquisition and revenue growth for our industry-leading conferences, by engaging prospective attendees, building relationships with industry professionals, and closing event registrations. You will work primarily with “warm” leads, including past conference delegates and inbound inquiries, while also conducting targeted outreach to new prospects.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of inside sales experience.
  • Experience selling products or services priced at or over $1800.
  • Positive, winning attitude and work ethic.
  • Team player.
  • Experience selling to diverse and highly educated professionals.
  • Strong telephone, consultative selling, relationship-building, and closing skills.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed daily outbound call, contact, and monthly sales goals.
  • Ability to quickly understand conference content and position its value to prospective attendees.
  • Experience developing, maintaining, and growing prospect databases and sales pipelines.
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, OneNote.
  • Experience with a sales database, e.g., Salesforce.
