About The Position

Our Inside Sales Account Managers are responsible for managing, enhancing, and growing Baudville Brands’ existing customer base—no cold calling required. In this role, you’ll generate revenue by delivering exceptional customer experiences, understanding client needs, and recommending thoughtful product solutions that support recognition and engagement goals. You’ll be part of a fun, collaborative inside sales team that values teamwork, growth, and excellence. This role is on-site at our Grand Rapids, MI, location.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1–3 years of business‑to‑business sales and/or customer service experience in a goal‑ and metrics‑driven environment preferred

Nice To Haves

  • Prior customer service and/or B2B sales experience preferred
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Excel and Word; CRM experience is a plus
  • Ability to apply training and coaching in day‑to‑day work
  • Collaborative team player who supports shared goals
  • Excellent organization, time management, and follow‑through skills
  • Strong listening and relationship‑building abilities
  • Interest in becoming a subject matter expert in the employee recognition industry

Responsibilities

  • Balance consultative selling skills with a strong customer service mindset
  • Develop deep knowledge of the Baudville Brands product portfolio and translate that knowledge into accurate, value‑driven recommendations
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers and internal team members
  • Contribute positively to Baudville’s culture of recognition, collaboration, and excellence
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism in all customer and internal interactions
  • Follow established policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Demonstrate a strong customer focus and commitment to quality service
  • Create compelling value propositions for products and services tailored to customer needs
  • Develop and manage a territory of accounts while meeting monthly sales expectations and growing existing business
  • Maintain consistent outbound activity and customer engagement, aligned to territory and individual strengths
  • Effectively use core systems including CRM and order entry platforms
  • Complete weekly account and activity reporting for business insights
  • Meet or exceed quality and performance standards, using feedback to support ongoing development
