We’re looking for an Outbound Growth Manager to own the top of our sales funnel. This isn’t a stepping-stone SDR role, it’s a seat for someone who has already put in the reps and is ready to take real ownership. You’ll develop prospect lists from scratch, craft compelling outreach, run multi-touch email campaigns, and be directly accountable for a meaningful share of the revenue pipeline. If you love the hunt, have a knack for writing, and geek out on systems and data, this is your next move. This role sits at the intersection of growth, sales, and revenue operations. You'll have a direct impact on company fundraising growth, significant ownership over results, and the opportunity to help shape how outbound is built and scaled for the majority of the schools and districts our teams interact with and sell to. Success will be measured by pipeline generation, outbound campaign performance and overall contribution to revenue growth for our fundraising sales team.
