Requirements

  • Detail-oriented, self-starting, outgoing, and eager to learn
  • Strong time and priority management skills
  • Ability to shift between tasks quickly and re-focus without losing momentum or accuracy
  • Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining high-volume, high-quality output
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 3+ years of sales or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Answer phones, greet walk-in customers, and respond to inbound inquiries
  • Manage customer relationships from initial inquiry through project completion
  • Consult with customers to assess needs, recommend solutions, and prepare proposals
  • Oversee projects through design, proofing, production, and installation, including coordinating site surveys
  • Ensure timely completion and a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Build long-term relationships and drive repeat business
  • Play a key role in the success of the FASTSIGNS Center!
