Requirements

  • A "hunter" mindset with a "consultant’s" heart.
  • Previous experience in sales, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is a plus, but a winning attitude is a must.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present to business owners and executives.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and connect with local business leaders to understand their branding and communication challenges.
  • Work alongside our design team to pitch custom graphics, digital signage, and branding wayfinding.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from the initial "hello" to the final installation and beyond.
  • Act as the face of FASTSIGNS at community events and professional organizations.

  • Competitive Compensation: Base salary + commission (Expected Year 1 OTE: $55,000 - $80,000).
