About The Position

Join the Titan Machinery team as an Inside Rentals Sales professional who is the first point of contact for customers seeking to rent our high-quality equipment and machinery. Using your exceptional communication skills and product knowledge, you will expertly match customer needs with the right rental solutions, creating a seamless and satisfying experience from inquiry to return.

Requirements

  • 1+ years related work experience OR a high school diploma/GED
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Keen attention to detail
  • High level of initiative
  • Ability to work independently

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound inquiries, make outbound calls, and provide expert advice on equipment rental options to meet customer needs.
  • Perform comprehensive needs assessments to accurately identify the customer's project requirements, timelines, and budget constraints.
  • Strengthen collaboration with cross-functional teams to maximize equipment fleet utilization and drive new business opportunities.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism in all communications, both in-person and on the phone, and ensure that your knowledge of equipment inventory enables you to offer innovative and effective solutions to customers.
