About The Position

Faris Machinery Company is seeking a motivated Inside Parts Sales Representative to join their team at the Commerce City (Branch 1) location. This role reports to the Vice President of Product Support and is crucial for supporting customers, technicians, and the field sales team by providing timely and accurate parts solutions to keep equipment running efficiently. Requirements

• 1+ years of experience with heavy equipment
• 1+ years of inside sales experience
• 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office applications
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative approach when working with technicians, sales teams, and leadership

Nice To Haves

• Experience in inside sales, parts counter, or customer support (heavy equipment, automotive, fleet, or industrial preferred)
• Mechanical aptitude or industry knowledge preferred

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer parts inquiries (phone, email, and walk-in)
• Assist customers in identifying correct parts for paving, compaction, and related equipment
• Prepare and follow up on quotes; convert opportunities into orders
• Coordinate with Service, Rental, and Sales teams to support jobs in progress
• Manage parts orders, availability, backorders, and estimated delivery timelines
• Support preventative maintenance kits and lifecycle-driven parts solutions
• Maintain accurate records within ERP and parts systems
• Communicate proactively with customers to minimize downtime and delays
