This role involves assisting managers and/or installer service specialists in serving professional customers, completing assigned company training, and providing excellent customer service over the phone. The representative will accurately look up parts, quote prices, recommend additional items, and offer a Low-Price Guarantee. Responsibilities also include accurately maintaining and securing the cash drawer, processing various payment types, handling exchanges and returns, resolving customer complaints, and assisting with daily operational tasks such as stocking shelves, freight receival, and preparing merchandise returns. Additionally, the role supports inventory management through stock adjustments and cycle counts.
