The Inside / Outside Sales Representative is a high energy, relationship driven role with a strong focus on acquiring new customers and expanding Madsen’s presence across a North American territory, primarily within the United States. This position blends in office collaboration with field based sales activity and is ideal for a charismatic self starter who enjoys opening doors, building trust, and turning opportunities into long term partnerships. Based out of the Orland office during training and on non travel days, this role becomes increasingly field focused once training is complete, with regular overnight travel 2 to 3 days per week. The Sales Representative works closely with engineering, purchasing, and front office teams to bring customer ideas to life, delivering high quality wire products that meet both functional and commercial needs. Success in this role comes from strong communication, responsiveness, curiosity, and the drive to grow new business.
