We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented Inside Sales Representative to support our Midwest team. This role will work closely with the Regional Sales Manager and play a key part in managing existing customer relationships, coordinating orders, and ensuring seamless communication between customers and internal teams. This position is designed as a developmental role with a clear path to transition into an Outside Sales position with approximately 1-2 years, based on performance, product knowledge, and market development.
