Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to read and comprehend basic instructions.
Proficiency in arithmetic (add, subtract, multiply, and divide all units of measure).
Ability to work to precise measurements.
Ability to use arithmetic to measure and compute the number of materials to use.
Ability to inspect product to be sure it conforms to requirements.
Ability to lift and move materials and products, lifting 50 lbs. maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 25lbs.
Attention to detail.
Proactive attitude.
Calm demeanor in emergencies.

Responsibilities

Maintain the hotel by performing minor and routine tasks, such as plumbing and electrical work, using both hand and power tools.
Replace air-conditioner filters.
Notify management of any major repair needs regarding lighting, heating, and ventilation systems.
Tend to furnace and boilers, ensuring guests enjoy comfort year-round.
Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Stay calm and composed in emergencies.
