About The Position

iM3 is looking for a driven Inside Imaging Sales Representative to join our on-site Vancouver team. This role involves guiding customers through the sales process, ensuring smooth order fulfillment, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate is competitive, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to our Vancouver office and work 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. This role involves working with digital imaging equipment, and all staff working near imaging equipment are required to wear radiation monitoring badges in compliance with regulatory and workplace safety standards.

Requirements

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently in an on-site environment.
• Must be able to reliably commute to our Vancouver office.
• Must be able to work 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Nice To Haves

• BA, BS preferred.
• Experience in veterinary dental imaging is preferred.
• Experience in outside sales, preferably in a related industry.
• Experience in the veterinary industry.
• Sales Training or Certifications.

Responsibilities

• Process orders using in-house software
• Provide inside sales support to distribution partners and their customers
• Organize and support trade shows and labs
• Develop strong knowledge of the iM3 product line
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate products
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Participate in sales meetings, product training, and industry events
