What You’ll Do As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be a key driver of our growth: Make 80-100+ outbound calls daily to business decision-makers Navigate gatekeepers and engage owners and executives Identify operational and financial pain points Qualify opportunities and schedule meetings for Account Executives Track daily activity and performance metrics Continuously refine your messaging and execution This role is built on consistent activity, growth and accountability. What Success Looks Like Top performers in this role: Consistently complete 80-100+ calls per day Book 4-5+ qualified meetings per week Maintain strong conversion rates Earn advancement within 6–12 months. Have a path to be a fintech Account Executive within 12-24 months. Compensation & Benefits $42,000 Base Salary $75,000–$90,000+ OTE Commission + performance bonuses 401(k) Health insurance Paid time off  Compensation is directly tied to performance.
