About The Position

Inside Crew Members serve customers courteously and professionally, take orders and payments, answer phones and questions about products, and prepare pizzas and other menu items. Team members work across stations such as dough making, pizza topping, food preparation, baking pizzas, and making salads. The role is suited to motivated, hardworking team players who can learn and work in a fast-paced environment. Part-time and full-time positions are available, with flexible scheduling and day or evening shifts.

Requirements

• Must be polite, reliable, honest, and hardworking.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to follow directions.
• Applicants age 18 or older must pass a background check.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• Pizza experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deal with customers in a courteous and professional manner.
• Answer phones and questions about products.
• Take orders and process payments.
• Operate a cash register and/or POS system.
• Prepare and make pizzas and other menu items, including salads.
• Work at stations including dough making, pizza topping, food preparation, and baking pizzas.
• Sanitize and clean.
• Assist with training new employees.
