About The Position

Inside Crew Members serve customers and take payments while preparing and making pizzas and other menu items. Team members may work at stations such as dough making, pizza topping, food preparation, baking pizzas, and making salads. The role is suited to motivated, hardworking people who can work in a fast-paced environment and want to learn and grow with the company. Part-time and full-time positions are available, with flexible scheduling and day or evening shifts.

Requirements

• Must be polite, reliable, honest, and hardworking.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to follow directions.
• Applicants over 18 must pass a background check.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• Pizza experience is a plus but is not required.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and questions about products.
• Serve customers courteously and professionally.
• Take orders and process payments.
• Operate a cash register and/or POS system.
• Prepare food, including pizzas and other menu items.
• Work at stations such as dough making, pizza topping, preparation, baking, and salad making.
• Sanitize and clean.
• Assist with training new employees.
