About The Position
Inside Contractor Sales is a role for individuals with a passion for customer service and teamwork, and an interest in the construction industry. Eikenhout, a wholesale distributor of building materials with 10 locations across Michigan and 130 years of experience, is seeking to fill this position. The company prides itself on providing knowledgeable, friendly service and high-quality exterior building products to contractors. The Inside Sales Team serves as a trusted partner to area contractors in the sales showroom, offering personalized service. Responsibilities include assisting clients in person and over the phone with their building product needs, discussing product options, processing orders, and maintaining customer contact throughout the order process. The ideal candidate will be personable, detail-oriented, and dedicated to ensuring jobs are done correctly, with a proven customer service background in a fast-paced environment.
